NuWave Solutions provides services in the rapidly changing Big Data, Analytics and Cloud markets. Upskilling our workforce is a must and traditional methods of training such as in person vendor training, legacy online courses and college courses were not adequate. NuWave needed training that was up to date, curated, cost effective and flexible. We looked at the new breed of training platforms including Udemy, Coursera, Lynda and Pluralsight. In the end, NuWave teamed with Pluralsight to create our own online University.
