What you'll learn

Every company follows a set of rules, whether they’re called rules, policies, or processes. In this course, Getting Started with ServiceNow, you'll learn how to implement the most common ServiceNow solutions. First, you'll explore the key benefits of ServiceNow, in order to understand how users will be leveraging ServiceNow on a daily basis. Next, you'll go into more details, from a theory perspective, so that you understand the purpose of various solutions such as: Notify, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or ITSM - all of the clips being composed out of theory and at the same time, real-life use cases. Finally, you'll learn how to apply your learnings by putting into practice the theory through a set of clips that are focused only on demonstrations. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of enabling and using the most common ServiceNow solutions and modules needed to get started with ServiceNow.
