This course, Snowforce 19': How Flow Can Improve Your User's Lightning Knowledge Experience is a case study showing how you can extend knowledge using Flow and Local Actions. This will allow you to pull case data into your knowledge article automatically, automatically link your knowledge article to your case (something not easily done natively), leverage Flow Local Actions to transfer rich text into your article via Flow, and refresh the record page upon completion. Challenges posed will be outlined as you migrate your support agents to Lightning, the considerations and limitations encountered, and the end user impact to your business.
