Configuring Windows 10 Devices: Configure Networking
From TCP/IP to file and print sharing, everything you need to productively and securely network Windows 10 systems.
What you'll learn
Configuring Windows 10 wireless networking includes profiles, policies, and new settings. This course, Configuring Windows 10 Devices: Configure Networking, covers all aspects of Windows 10 networking in the enterprise environment. First, you'll learn the basic networking nuts and bolts: TCP/IP and name resolution. Next, you'll examine the implications of network location types: domain, private, and public. Finally, you'll explore how to manage network-based printing with the Print Management console, Group Policy, and location tracking. When you have finished this course, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to secure the network with the Windows Firewall and IPsec, and how to manage everything with Group Policy. This course covers one of the main objective areas in the 70-697 certification exam and is the second in a series of nine courses to completely prepare for that exam.
