Nicholas (Nick) Russo, CCDE #20160041 and CCIE #42518, is an internationally recognized expert in IP/MPLS networking and design. Nick focuses on advancing network DevOps via automation for his clients and shares his knowledge through online video training and speaking at industry conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Chris Palmer

Principal Consultant for Workforce Transformation, Pluralsight

Chris Palmer spent 22 years as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician in the United States Air Force and has a BS of Adult Education from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale, as well as an MS of Human Resource Development from Villanova University. He also achieved certifications through the HR Certification Institute for Professional Human Resources and the Society for Human Resource Management.
