In this lab you will get experience using Amazon’s storage services EBS and EFS volumes to provide persistent, secure and shared data storage across your EC2 instances. This will allow you to change your instances without losing access to your data.

Configure and Manage Amazon EBS volumes
In this objective learners will get experience creating, using and securing an Amazon EBS volume. First you will create three EC2 instances, then you will create and attach an Amazon EBS volume to one of those EC2 instances. Next, you will add data to the EBS volume and then move the EBS volume to another EC2 and confirm that the data is still present and can be assessed from the second EC2.

In this objective learners will get experience creating, using and securing an Amazon EFS volume. First you will create an EFS volume and attach it your EC2 instance using Amazon's EFS helper. After that you will create data in that EFS and then attach it to a second EC2 instance. Then you will confirm that both EC2 instances can access and share information in real time using the EFS volume.
