Installing Gradle and Creating Your First Gradle Project

In this lab, you will prepare your environment for Java application development using Gradle. You will first install Gradle and Java using the SDKMAN method. You will then use Gradle to create the Java application project, which will create the framework necessary for your application development.

    In your terminal:

    1. Create the guru directory.
    2. Create your Java application project framework using Gradle in the guru directory.
    3. Confirm the framework has been created.

  3. Challenge

    Install SDKMAN

    1. In your browser, go to the SDKMAN website using the provided link.
    2. In your terminal, install SDKMAN.
