Diagnose the cost-control scenario
You will analyze the supplied cost and usage data, including simulated cost signals, to surface the trend, ownership gap, or optimization candidate, map the resource, owner, environment, service area, and likely cost driver and then slect an appropriate response using the supplied signal and scenario constraints.

Apply ownership metadata to the live resources
In this objective, you will learn how to apply tags representing owner, environment, and cost center to the intended resources and validate that the metadata landed on the correct supported resources.

Execute and document the optimization workflow
You will perform one supported optimization action against a low-cost resource, validate the resulting resource configuration after the action, and finally produce a cost-control summary covering issue, owner, action taken, expected impact, avoided-cost assumption, tradeoff, and preventive next step.
