Creating an Azure Virtual Machine
To start, you will create the Virtual Machine that you will be updating.

Enable Azure Update Manager for selected VMs
Then you will enable Update Manager, attach it to the VM, and then choose a day and time that you want the updates to run on the Virtual Machine.

Review Update Compliance and Update History
Finally, you will see how to view if VMs are compliant with all applicable updates, how to check if updates ran successfully or failed, and how to view the update schedules attached to each VM. This allows you to confirm if Update Manager is running as expected.
