Deploy and Compare Azure VM and App Service Workloads

In this lab, you'll deploy a workload on both Azure Virtual Machines and Azure App Service, then compare their operational differences side by side. When you're finished, you will have successfully provisioned a Linux virtual machine and validated a running web service, deployed a web application to Azure App Service and confirmed access, and analyzed the management, scaling, and responsibility differences between the two services.
