Deploy a Linux VM
Deploy a Linux Azure Virtual Machine using either the Azure Console or Azure CLI. While the size and storage are not necessarily important, ensure you set it up so that you can connect to the VM after deployment.

Verify you can connect to the VM using either an SSH client such as Putty, a local terminal, or even using the Azure Cloud Shell.
