Authentication
Overview
Python & Flask are great for building a simple web application. In this lab you’ll add authentication to the admin dashboard of an existing content management system. You will also handle and validate form data. In this module, we'll alter a SQLAlchemy
User
model to include a password column. Using Flask-Migrate, we will add the new column to the database and populate the required fields. We will create a login HTML form and validate the form data in a new login route. The currently logged in user will be stored in a Flask session. The session will be cleared when the user logs out. ### Solution The solution can be found in thesolution
directory.
