    Plotting Mark Twain's Download Statistics

    Overview

We'll create a visualization that presents data about Mark Twain's literary works.

The data set provided for this module is a single CSV file called books.csv. The file was created using data compiled from Project Gutenberg.

This data has already been imported and is stored in a variable called books.

We will filter the books data frame to only include Twain's works. We'll remove duplicate works and then compare average sentence length, total sentences and downloads in a scatter plot.

We will use the tidyverse collection of packages. For more on the tidyverse and its opinionated design philosophy, grammar, and data structures see Tidyverse. ### Solution The solution can be found in the solution directory.

Real skill practice before real-world application

Hands-on Labs are real environments created by industry experts to help you learn. These environments help you gain knowledge and experience, practice without compromising your system, test without risk, destroy without fear, and let you learn from your mistakes. Hands-on Labs: practice your skills before delivering in the real world.

Learn by doing

Engage hands-on with the tools and technologies you’re learning. You pick the skill, we provide the credentials and environment.

Follow your guide

All labs have detailed instructions and objectives, guiding you through the learning process and ensuring you understand every step.

Turn time into mastery
