Prerequisites
  • Learners should have a working understanding of basic networking concepts. Learners should understand how web browsers work, what URLs are, and the basics of how web-based applications are accessed and used. Learners should be comfortable using SharePoint as an end user. Learners should have at least 1–2 years of general IT support, systems administration, or help desk experience.
