Estimation and Schedule Management

The Estimation and Schedule Management training course provides a quick deep-dive into estimation and schedule management best practices. Through hands-on activities, participants will learn how to estimate scope and manage the schedule in order to mitigate risks in a project.

The course begins with participants learning about scope creation and developing a work breakdown structure. Next, participants will practice estimating techniques, create a schedule, and calculate a project's critical path, slack, and float. The course concludes with participants learning the seven options for schedule compression and the associated risks.
