Course Summary

This course prepares knowledge partiipants to sit for the Claude Certified Associate, Foundations (CCAO-F) exam. Participants will build the judgment to select the right Claude entry point, model, and feature set for a task; write and iterate structured prompts; evaluate and validate Claude's output; delegate workflow steps deliberately; configure Projects and knowledge sources that stay accurate over time; apply governance and responsible-use judgment; and diagnose and permanently fix underperforming workflows. The course follows the seven domains tested on the CCAO-F exam and closes with a review of exam objectives and format.

Prerequisities:

To get the most out of this session, participants should have:

  • Claude 101-level hands-on familiarity with Claude.ai
  • Working knowledge of the AI Fluency competencies (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence)
  • A working understanding of what Claude can and cannot reliably do
  • Access to a Claude.ai account (Free, Pro, or Team)
