The Agile for Leaders training course prepares both business and IT executives who are taking over Agile teams, or beginning the transition to using an Agile framework for project delivery. Students will learn the origins of Agile, as well as major Agile practices. The course begins with examining the role that leaders and management fill in Agile project delivery through lectures and discussion. It then provides a Lean overview which includes software development, key techniques, Kanban and Kaizen. The course concludes with an examination of keys to success in an Agile framework.
