Program Summary

A Virtual Mentored Academy (VMA) is a flexible, multi-week blended-learning program that emphasizes self-paced learning. Curated asynchronous learning is reinforced with an instructor that provides scheduled support to answer questions, provide feedback, and facilitate hands-on activities and labs.

Program Features
  • A VMA places emphasis on self-paced learning, typically 4-6 hours of coursework per week of courses curated from the Pluralsight platform.
  • Content from our Skills platform is curated into custom channels that align to your learning goals.
  • Each week, an expert instructor meets with the learners to review what was addressed in the asynchronous learning and to enhance the experience with facilitated hands-on activities, use cases, or labs.
  • Since this learning program is integrated in our platform, SkillIQs can be utilized to measure learner progress in the program.
  • Program length is dependent on subject, skill level, business requirements, and the volume of asynchronous learning needed for the program in 4-6 hour weekly installments.
Getting Started

Every engagement is managed by our dedicated team of experts, from the initial consultation to project management and the post-training analysis of effectiveness against KPI standards. Our team engages in a detailed discovery with you to understand learning outcomes and business goals for the training. An initial design is then crafted by a Learning Solution Architect and presented back for review and approval. This is followed by a more detailed scoping call with the selected instructor for the program. During this meeting, you will discuss the specifics of how the sessions will be performed, including material emphasis, unique business requirements, and hands-on activities to be utilized.
