Equip your teams to deliver on cloud and AI initiatives

Organizations are spending heavily in cloud, yet many struggle to realize the full value of that investment. Gaps in skills, confidence, and execution can slow progress and limit impact.

In this session, explore how CloudReady—our new structured upskilling program—enables organizations to move from investment to results. Learn how a structured, role-based approach to skill development prepares teams to execute with clarity, improve efficiency, and support cloud initiatives at scale.

Drew Firment and Faye Ellis will share how to align workforce development with business priorities across cloud and AI. See how strengthening core capabilities leads to better performance, reduced waste, and stronger outcomes from your cloud strategy. You’ll leave with a clear path to build a cloud-ready workforce.

Key takeaways to add to your playbook:

  • Turn cloud investment into measurable ROI through targeted skill development
  • Build cloud capability across roles with a structured, scalable framework
  • Align team readiness with cloud and AI priorities to drive execution
