Heather collaborates with her clients to design bespoke strategies that are sustainable, scalable, and adaptable. Prior to joining Pluralsight, Heather was the VP of Strategy, Change, and Communications for Zions Bancorporation. She is currently a founding member of the Technology and Data Committee for the World Innovation and Change Management Institute and a leader of the Organizational Strategies and Workplace Culture coalition for the Bolder Way Forward initiative through Utah State University.

Jessica Billiet has been designing, building, and leading excellent learning experiences for more than 10 years. As a Principal Consultant at Pluralsight, she enjoys empowering people to transform their organizations so that employees have the means to unlock their potential and thrive. Jessica’s struggles with poverty in her early life shaped a core belief that talent exists everywhere, but opportunities are scarce. With a heavy focus on organizational psychology and user experience design, Jessica believes in inspiring others to take charge of their career. In her spare time, Jessica leads a non-profit dedicated to helping victims of sex trafficking, trauma, and addiction using equine assisted psychotherapy. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational psychology, and earned her MBA from Western Illinois University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) through the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
