Austin Bagley has spent the last seven years at Pluralsight working with customers to advance tech skills and drive business outcomes. He leads the product marketing efforts to combine insights from the ever-evolving tech landscape and gather feedback from tech leaders and practitioners to build end-to-end solutions for today’s business challenges. Outside of work, he’s an avid web developer and builder who likes to switch languages, frameworks, and IDEs more than he cares to admit.

Dr. Andrews’ technology career spans three decades. He has trained thousands of candidates for certifications such as CCZT, CCSP, CISSP, and SSCP. He is a certified ISO 42001 AI Management System Implementor and Cloud Security Alliance Trusted AI Safety Expert. He is passionate about applying his expertise in information technology, education, and organizational learning to drive positive social impact. He has facilitated Google Think Tanks on innovation and education and mentored hundreds of inner-city youth and military veterans into Fortune 500 careers. These days, you can find him teaching and advising US federal government agencies on implementing zero trust, coaching and facilitating organizational leadership development for NYC public school principals, or assisting a Fortune 100 company in updating its organizational learning curricula. He holds an Ed.D. in leadership development and organizational learning from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MS in technology management from Columbia University. He is also a published author, a world-renowned speaker, and a change agent.
