Recently, he played a pivotal role in developing the Cloud Academy, supporting both tenured associates and early-career hires in building essential Cloud skills. With 20 years of learning and development experience, Russell has worked across various industries, including tech, quick-service restaurants, and financial services. His roles have ranged from instructional design and graphic design to multimedia creation and program management. Russell is passionate about discovering innovative ways to engage learners, making content “sticky,” and designing memorable learning experiences that create buzz around the office.
