Ed has over thirty years worth of experience in the IT field with experience in multiple platforms, protocols, hardware, and software. This includes managing help desks, and software and hardware implementation projects. Ed has developed and delivered short to long training sessions and courses. These have been delivered in person, remotely, or a combination of both, including e-learning.
