Semire Bamikole

Semire is a Toronto based product designer and product analyst who builds data informed B2C digital designs in the finance sector and beyond. She has contributed to complex initiatives at leading Canadian banks, including TD Bank, BMO and CIBC, designing end-to-end web and mobile experiences that connect business strategy with user needs. Her work spans servicing platforms, credit card acquisition journeys, large customer migrations, and high visibility marketing pages. She leads usability testing, synthesizes research insights, and translates findings into practical design improvements that increase engagement, task success, and conversion. With a BSc in Kinesiology and a postgraduate certificate in Ergonomics, Semire brings a strong human factors perspective to data interpretation and user centered design. She is committed to lifelong learning and creating thoughtful, measurable digital experiences. Outside of her professional work, she supports aspiring designers through mentorship and occasional speaking engagements at workshops, development programs, and hackathons.
