Terry has made a career of bridging the gap between technology practice and business outcomes. With over 30 years' experience in IT roles, the past twelve years have been directing, instructing and consulting toward best-practice initiatives in IT service management. A certified ITIL® expert since 2007, Terry brings extensive instructional experience that is both deep and broad, spanning technical and business management domains. His instruction combines academic exam preparation with relevant, real-world examples based on his many years of operational experience. Terry has worked or consulted in a wide range of business sectors, including government, Big Pharma, education, utilities and manufacturing. Terry is also certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma, providing deep background into best practices for continual improvement.
