Hi, my name is Shane Smyth and welcome to my course, Advanced Personalization with AMPscript in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. I'm a Salesforce Practice Director at Horizontal Digital, a digital consultancy. I've been working in the Salesforce ecosystem for nearly 10 years. In this course, we're going to cover advanced personalization use cases using AMPscript. We will be getting hands‑on with two of my favorite use cases in Marketing Cloud to drive relevancy. Some of the major topics that we will cover include relational data structures for personalization, building product recommendations both for featured and standard examples, and displaying interest lists. By the end of this course, they'll have hands‑on experience developing two advanced AMPscript examples and know all the elements needed for future usage.
