Effectively managing organizational change requires a clear understanding of its potential impact and the organization's readiness to adapt. Evaluating these factors helps you identify challenges, engage stakeholders, and build a successful change management strategy. In this course, Change Management: Evaluating Impact and Organizational Readiness, you’ll learn how to properly evaluate the impact of a proposed change, and the organizational readiness for change in general. First, you’ll learn how to define a change, develop a vision, and identify goals, objectives, and success criteria. Next, you’ll discover how to properly identify change sponsors to be accountable for the change, and all of the stakeholders affected by the change. Finally, I’m going to share nine change assessments with you. We will walk through what each is, why you need them, and complete them together. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge necessary to gather all of the information necessary to formulate a change management strategy. This course will also help prepare you for this section of the CCMP exam.
