Burnout is one of the most common challenges leaders face, yet it often goes unrecognized until it disrupts performance, focus, and well-being. In this course, Climbing Out of Leadership Burnout, you’ll learn to recognize, recover from, and reduce burnout using a vulnerability-driven, self-awareness-based approach. First, you’ll explore how to identify the early emotional, mental, and behavioral signs of burnout and reflect on the internal patterns that keep you stuck. Next, you’ll discover how to diagnose the external contributors, like roles, systems, and expectations, that silently drain your energy. Finally, you’ll learn how to interrupt the burnout cycle by practicing relational vulnerability: asking for help, setting boundaries, and creating meaningful support systems. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of burnout recovery and prevention needed to lead yourself and others through challenge with clarity, resilience, and courage.
