Hi everyone. I'm Dan Lachance, and welcome to my course, Computer Fundamentals: Hardware and Network Troubleshooting. While most computing hardware is reliable, occasionally it will fail. Problems with software that uses the hardware is even more prevalent. So by applying a troubleshooting methodology to these types of issues, problems can be resolved quickly.
