Hi everyone. I'm Dan Lachance, and welcome to my course, Computer Fundamentals: Software Troubleshooting. While some software issues like Windows boot problems can sometimes be solved quickly, in other cases, we need to be prepared in case the machine needs to be imaged. The same thing would be true when it comes to mobile devices as well. So some of the major topics that we're going to cover include solving Microsoft Windows operating system issues, solving mobile operating system issues, and malware mitigation. So by the end of this course, you'll have the skills necessary to identify and resolve operating system and application software issues. And finally, you'll be able to put settings in place to reduce the possibility of malware wreaking havoc on your network.
