Course Overview Hi everyone. My name is Sean Douglas, and I want to welcome you to my course, Configuring Cisco Video Collaboration Endpoints. I've been a Cisco Engineer and Instructor for nearly two decades. In that time, I've worked extensively with Cisco networking, routing and switching, and especially, voice and video collaboration. In this course, which is the second in a series that we're creating for you, we're going to talk about the features and functions of Cisco's Telepresence endpoints. We're going to demonstrate real world solutions by showing hands-on, step-by-step configuration exploring how to enable, deploy, and troubleshoot these telepresence endpoints. By the end of this course, you'll have examples that you'll be able to reference in your day-to-day career. Before beginning this course, you should have a basic understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager either by having watched the previous courses, Fundamentals for Cisco CICD, Call Control with CUCM for Cisco CICD, Basic Call Operation and Components for Cisco Collaboration, or having experience working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. I hope you'll join us as we build solutions with the Configuring Cisco Video Collaboration Endpoints course, at Pluralsight
