Sean Douglas has more than 25 years of experience working with Cisco technologies across data center, cloud, enterprise networking, and collaboration. His background includes designing, implementing, supporting, and teaching solutions that help organizations connect users, applications, devices, and business services. Sean came into authoring because he enjoys helping learners understand technologies that can feel overwhelming at first. Early in his career, he benefited from instructors who could explain complex topics in plain terms and connect them to real-world situations. That experience shaped the way he teaches and creates training today.
