Course Overview
Hi everyone. My name is Sean Douglas, and I want to welcome you to my course, Troubleshooting Cisco Video Collaboration Endpoints. I've been a Cisco engineer and instructor for nearly 2 decades. In that time, I've worked a lot with Cisco networking. I'm a CCNA and CCNP in both routing and switching and voice and video, now known as collaboration. I spent a lot of time working with this technology because it's interesting, it's challenging, and it's kind of fun when everything works. In this course, which is the last one in this series that we've created for you, we're going to examine troubleshooting Cisco telepresence solution. We've built a course to help prepare you to pass the CIVND exam and to succeed in the real world. We're going to talk solutions. We're going to go over troubleshooting the networks protocols services used on endpoints and servers within Cisco telepresence deployments. By the end of this course, you'll be well on your way to passing the CIVND exam and to have a solid understanding of troubleshooting Cisco video technologies. Before beginning this course, you should have a basic understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager either by having watched the previous courses, configuring Cisco video collaboration endpoints, examining Cisco video conference fundamentals, or having experience working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. I hope you'll join us as we save you time and frustration with the Troubleshooting Cisco Video Collaboration Endpoints course, at Pluralsight.
