Course Overview
Hi everyone. I'm Eliska Que, and welcome to my course, Exploring Collaborating with People and Teams. I am the owner of Sucre by Eliska and have worked with several IT companies for over a decade. Business competition can be tough, and more and more companies look at collaboration within the workplace to get ahead of the game. This course is a guide for product managers on how they can start a collaborative work style within their team or the whole company. Some of the major topics we will cover include setting up a good foundation for collaboration by having a psychologically healthy and safe environment, nurturing the right attitude and mindset when working with others, mentoring your team, and we'll cover ways to discover problems, knowing if it's the right problem, and coming up with creative solutions through collaboration. By the end of this course, you'll be able to start not just an effective, but also a sustainable, collaborative culture. I hope you'll join me in this journey to learn about this work style with the Exploring Collaborating with People and Teams course, at Pluralsight.
