Introduction and Project Overview
Hi everybody, my name is Daryl Moorhouse. I'm the owner and head producer at Tinpot Productions an audio production company based in Dublin, in Ireland. I'm an experienced producer who's worked in many areas as a copywriter, broadcaster, and sound engineer. Throughout, audio production has been the one constant and it's still my first love. In this course, I'll be sharing my insights learned over the years, I'll fill you in on the fundamentals of Adobe Audition, giving you what you need to know to get the most from your sound mix. So that means that an essential grounding in how to use Adobe Audition, the best editing techniques for working with voiceover, the best workflow for creating a mix-in quickly and efficiently, the production tools to enable you to use audio as a creative tool or resource, and an understanding of how you can use audio to complement and enhance picture. By the end of the training, you'll have a good understanding and be confident working in Audition and have a great basis for further audio exploration. I'm looking forward to sharing these tips and techniques with you so let's get started with the first lesson.
