Product Design with Sketch
This course will teach you how to design and prototype a mobile app using Sketch. You’ll transform a simple idea into a clickable prototype, learning key skills in wireframing, visual design, and team collaboration.
What you'll learn
Communicating a new app idea with a team can be difficult. Written documents and verbal descriptions often lead to misunderstandings, which cause developers to build the wrong thing and waste valuable time. In this course, Product Design with Sketch, you’ll learn to make a clear, interactive prototype that anyone can understand. First, you’ll explore how to create a visual blueprint for an application, starting with simple wireframes and culminating in a polished, full-color mockup. Next, you’ll discover how to work efficiently by building reusable and responsive components that maintain consistency in your designs. Finally, you’ll learn how to link your designs together into a clickable prototype and share it with your team for feedback. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of Sketch needed to confidently build visual prototypes that bring your product ideas to life.
