What most people know about me is that I have spent 20 years doing software, started 2 for-profit and 1 non-profit organization, and have spent 9 years doing photography. What most people don’t know about me is that I have spent a lifetime staying invisible. I have used my computer and camera as tools to hide behind. As an introvert, I have spent so much of my time hiding that I now see where you are powerful even when you cannot. Looking back, it feels like I have been a coach my whole life. I combine my experiences as a techie, engineer, 3x entrepreneur, leader in companies like Yahoo and Booking.com, and as a poet and photographer – to help leaders merge the science of doing business with the art of leadership. I help leaders who know deep inside that there is more to them achieve their wildest dreams while riding the waves of life and having fun and making a meaningful impact in the process. Starting in 2020, I have taken a stand to:- ✅ Help everyone show up as a leader – to create results that matter while having fun and building strong relationships. ✅ Enable workplaces that nourish people rather than make them sick – while producing powerful results – not just for us but also for our future generations. ✅ Create a world where we can discuss any issue with each other with love – as comrades, not as adversaries.
