Introducing Scrum Accountabilities (Roles)

by Derek Davidson

This course will teach you the essentials of the Scrum accountability roles.

What you'll learn

Understanding Scrum requires a clear understanding of the accountabilities, roles, and attendant responsibilities. In this course, Introducing Scrum Accountabilities and Their Responsibilities, you'll be introduced to the three accountabilities and outline their responsibilities and interactions. First, you'll dive into product owner accountability. Next, you'll discover the differences to the Scrum Master responsibilities. Then, you'll learn about the common impediments and strategies to over come them. Finally, you'll cover the topic of self-management and how the Scrum accountabilities and Scrum Team exercise it. By the end of this course, you’ll have a clear view on the Scrum accountabilities, how they interact, and how they leverage self-management.
