Course Overview
Hello, everyone. My name is Saravanan Dhandapani, and welcome to my course, Creating Forms in ServiceNow. I'm a solution architect working in the financial domain focused on end‑to‑end design and architecture. The IT industry has been exponentially growing with customers expecting their requirements and enhancements to be implemented at lightning speed. One of the current trends in the IT industry is to build applications with low‑code or no‑code. In this course, you will explore the structure of a ServiceNow form and understand the difference between UI16 and UI15 form elements, explore the ServiceNow Form Designer and learn how to design and develop a form, learn how to format your forms using built‑in Checklist formatter provided by ServiceNow. Finally, you will see how to validate the form against a set of business rules and personalize the form to meet user demands. By the end of this course, you will have the skills and knowledge of using the various ServiceNow features to develop a user‑friendly form. I hope you will join me on this exciting journey and learn how to effectively design and develop forms without writing a single line of code in my course, Creating Forms in ServiceNow, at Pluralsight.
