In this course, Usability Testing and Evaluation (UX): Analyzing Results, you will learn how to analyze your usability test data and identify early pattern signals in the data. First, you will then learn how to prioritize and map these usability issues based on business and usability impact on well established product frameworks like RICE. Next, you will diagnose the issues encountered in these findings and verify them with analytics data. Then, you will scope these issues accordingly. Finally, you will validate if you can make quick work of the pattern analysis with AI models. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the necessary UX chops to analyze any usability testing efforts in your product team and improve their ability to close the loop from user feedback to product improvements.
