Next, you'll walk through key user tasks from the perspective of someone using the product for the first time.

Then, you'll explore collaborative design reviews with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, and see where expert reviews are most useful, where they fall short, and when user testing should be added.

Finally, you'll use AI for first-pass scans and task-flow drafts, while applying your own judgment to validate findings and assign severity.

When you're finished with this course, you'll have the skills and knowledge needed to inspect a website, app, or prototype and produce clear, actionable findings that design teams can use.
