Hi, everyone. My name is Sandesh Belthangady, and welcome to my course, Resolving Conflict with Virtual Teams. I'm the CEO and co‑founder it 4Five Labs, and I have a decade of experience in the tech industry in which half of it was spent building my own remote‑first global company. As the remote work became a new norm, it opened up a new world of virtual team management. In this course, we are going to learn an important virtual team management skill, which is resolving conflict with virtual teams. In a work environment, conflicts are inevitable.
