Add Database Admin to a Java Book Store Web App
In this hands-on lab, you’ll learn how to add update and delete features to the admin section of an existing Java Web application. You'll use a variety of Java methods, conditionals, and actions to manipulate data back and forth from your database using a web-based Java app.

Challenge
Deleting Books from a Database
Before starting on the tasks, you can run the project by entering
mvn tomcat7:run
in the terminal. Once the app is running, you can view it in the Web Browser tab by refreshing the page atlocalhost:8000/books/admin
. You should see the current admin page which is where we're going to make changes.Note: While in the terminal use
ctrl+c
to stop the app before checking off the tasks because it will interfere with the tests. -
