Korn Ferry and Pluralsight Announce Workforce Intelligence Partnership to Develop and Advance Technology Talent

Shared capabilities will help leaders understand organizational readiness to deliver successful business transformations

Korn Ferry and Pluralsight, the technology workforce development company, today announced a partnership that will help technologists develop both their soft and technical skills to ensure their readiness to support and lead critical IT initiatives and transformations. The partnership will also enable organizations to address the core business needs of workforce planning, including - developing, attracting and retaining great technology talent, creating comprehensive tech career paths, and inventorying current capabilities and future tech skills requirements as companies evolve from job to skill-based organizational operating models.
