Pluralsight Introduces Integration With Workday
As technology continues to evolve and increase in complexity, so does the need for highly-skilled tech talent. However, the tech industry continues to face a persistent talent shortage and tech skills crisis, making the challenge more difficult. Research suggests that up to 87 percent of companies have skills gaps within their organization. At Pluralsight, we know that in order to deliver in the face of these challenges, organizations must build the talent they need from within by upskilling and reskilling their workforce. Organizations need to become creators, not just consumers of talent.
That’s why we’re proud to share that Pluralsights Skills is now integrated with Workday, the leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for human resources and finance. As part of this integration, Workday Cloud Connect for Learning customers with an active Pluralsight Skills license can access Pluralsight’s on-demand course content directly from Workday.
Workday’s mission is to engage employees in development through a personalized platform while arming businesses with resources to drive workforce readiness. Together, we are enabling our joint customers to acquire the valuable technology skills they need to drive results. Our integration approach provides learners the best possible Pluralsight Skills experience within Workday Cloud Connect for Learning, creating a streamlined experience for accessing upskilling resources.
