Pluralsight Expands Course Library through Content Partnerships with SQLskills and Critical Path Training

The Leaders in Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint Training Now Offer Online Courses Exclusively through Pluralsight

LAYTON – Pluralsight, hardcore developer training on-demand, today announced the expansion of the company’s course library through two new content partnerships with SQLskills and Critical Path Training. SQLskills, the leader in Microsoft SQL Server training, and Critical Path Training, the leader in Microsoft SharePoint training, will provide custom online courses exclusively through Pluralsight. Pluralsight customers will now have unlimited access to these new SQL Server and SharePoint courses.

“Having two leading Microsoft-approved classroom training providers publish their training courses in the Pluralsight library is evidence of the growing demand for online training,” said Scott Guthrie, Vice President of Windows Azure at Microsoft.  “High-quality training is nearly impossible with global teams.  Providing individuals and businesses with online courses taught by industry experts will continue to enable the global enterprise.”

SQLskills is powered by Paul Randal and Kimberly Tripp, two of the world’s most renowned SQL Server experts. The company provides the highest quality and most in-depth classroom training and consulting in the market.  SQLskills is currently the only company where all employees who conduct in-person training are instructors for Microsoft-Certified-Master (MCM) certifications. These instructors will now create the same courses used in the classroom for Pluralsight’s online library, thereby making them available to developers, data-architects and database administrators around the globe.

Critical Path Training is a joint venture between SharePoint MVPs Ted Pattison and Andrew Connell.  The company offers instructor-led training classes in first-class training facilities across the United States.  Critical Path Training provides students with an objective viewpoint and key insights about SharePoint architecture as well as best practices and essential coding techniques. Now these popular world-class courses will also be available online through Pluralsight.

“We are thrilled to announce our new exclusive content partnerships with SQLskills and Critical Path Training,” said Aaron Skonnard, president and CEO of Pluralsight. “Pluralsight is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality and most up-to-date courses available online.  This partnership provides tremendous value to our customers by including the courses from SQLskills and Critical Path Training as part of our standard subscriptions.”

With these partnerships, Pluralsight will release nearly 80 new SharePoint and SQL Server online courses by the end of this year.  For a full list of Pluralsight courses, check out http://www.pluralsight.com/training/courses
