Pluralsight Ranks #9 on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures List
Silicon Slopes’ technology skills platform is the only enterprise SaaS company in the top 10 of Entrepreneur’s large companies list
SILICON SLOPES — Pluralsight, Inc. (NASDAQ: PS), the enterprise technology learning platform, today announced it ranks No. 9 overall among large companies on Entrepreneur magazine’s 2018 Top Company Cultures List. Recognized for creating an exceptional culture that drives employee engagement, exceeds employee expectations and directly impacts company success, Pluralsight is the only enterprise SaaS company to be listed in the top 10 of the annual list. This marks the second time in two years that Entrepreneur has recognized Pluralsight following its listing on the 2017 Entrepreneur 360 Best Company index.
“Pluralsight’s mission is to democratize technology skills around the world. It’s because of our culture and, more importantly, our incredible team that we have been able to drive towards that mission and grow our business,” said Aaron Skonnard, CEO and co-founder of Pluralsight. “We’ve worked hard to build a powerful culture, and our recognition as a top ten company on the Entrepreneur Top Company Cultures List is a testament to that commitment.”
Pluralsight was judged by Entrepreneur and employee engagement platform Energage on 24 factors across seven areas: alignment, effectiveness, connection, management, engagement, leadership and basics, including pay, benefits and training. A total of 150 companies were featured in the rankings divided by size: small (35-74 employees), medium (75-299) and large (300 or more).
To be considered for the list, companies must be based in the United States, founded before Jan. 1, 2016, and led by a founder with at least 10 percent ownership in the company. Employees took anonymous online surveys, and the honorees were ranked based solely on feedback scores.
