Throughout the path, we’ll also explore emotionally helpful habits viewers can develop, as well as strategies for identifying and mediating emotionally damaging behaviors or situations

In this beginner section we will lay a foundation for the next few courses by covering emotional intelligence fundamentals, and by providing a path for emotional intelligence self-assessment, which you can use to help develop self-awareness and self-management.
In this intermediate section we will consider how to make beneficial, intentional decisions about emotional health, developing healthy habits and perspectives in the context of common workplace goals.
In this advanced section we will explore emotional intelligence by considering common emotional challenges in workplace contexts, such as stress, anxiety, anger, and frustration. We’ll consider common causes for such emotions, explore techniques for both intervention and prevention, and consider how to identify and leave a toxic workplace
