Advanced
In this advanced section we will explore emotional intelligence by considering common emotional challenges in workplace contexts, such as stress, anxiety, anger, and frustration. We’ll consider common causes for such emotions, explore techniques for both intervention and prevention, and consider how to identify and leave a toxic workplace
