AI Ready

Solution Package

Program Summary

Pluralsight’s AI-Ready for Developers is a comprehensive program designed to help organizations empower their AI development teams beyond theoretical and foundational understanding of AI-assisted coding to full agentic orchestration. Participants are introduced to context engineering where they learn to curate inputs, set persistent memory, and scope permissions to control output quality. Then they work building custom workflows and connecting the agent to external systems using MCP integration. Last, participants work with multi-agent orchestration decomposing tasks across sub-agents and gating their execution behind human approval. The four part program series culminates in a 4-hour capstone coding challenge where participants apply all of these skills together—context, permissions, integrations, and orchestration—to build a complete agentic workflow on a real codebase.

The instructor- training (ILT) portions detailed below are integrated into the broader strategy of the AI-Ready program to ensure practical application and team alignment:

Level 1: Claude Code: Context Engineering Seminar
Level 2: Claude Code: Skills & MCP Integration Seminar
Level 3: Claude Code: Multi-Agent Orchestration Seminar
Level 4: Coding Challenge

As you review these seminars, please note:

THE SEMINARS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR TRAINING BUNDLES OR TRAINING CREDITS.
THEY ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE PLURALSIGHT CLOUD READY SOLUTION PACKAGE.

              Outline

              Building custom Skills

              • Anatomy of a Skill (SKILL.md, frontmatter, supporting files)
              • Writing instructions for a repeatable workflow
              • Testing and refining a Skill

              Connecting via MCP

This session is ideal for software engineers and developers who already build and use custom Skills and MCP connections in Claude Code

              Objectives

After this session, participants will be able to:

              • Decompose a task across specialized sub-agents
              • Delegate safely with scoped, read-only sub-agents
              • Gate agent execution behind human approval

              • When to split work into specialized sub-agents
              • Defining a sub-agent (system prompt, tools, model)
              • Delegating and returning results to the main session

              Delegating safely with scoped agents

              • Restricting tool access for read-only agents
