Jeffrey North
Principal Consultant, Forrester Consulting
Jeffrey North is a principal consultant with Forrester’s TEI consulting practice. The TEI methodology focuses on measuring and communicating the economic value of IT investments.
Jeff came to Forrester with consulting and operating experience, notably working with fast growth companies, including the digital strategy practice at Cambridge Technology Partners and the international and catalog business units at Staples.
Recently Jeff worked in the Corporate Engagement group at The Nature Conservancy, specializing in valuation of natural infrastructure. He was the program manager for the development of the Ecosystem Services Identification & Inventory (ESII) tool, a first-ever software app and web interface that enables corporations to quantify the benefits from natural assets in financial and engineering metrics.
Jeff holds a BA (English, Economics and German) from St. Lawrence University, an MBA with a concentration in international management and finance from the Thunderbird School of International Management, and MA in Sustainability & Environmental Management from the Harvard University Extension School.
